MAISON (MARTIN) MARGIELA

Martin Margiela is a Belgian designer who founded his house in 1988 and reshaped fashion through deconstruction and anonymity. Rejecting fame, he stayed out of view and allowed his clothes to tell the story, often through recycled materials and distorted forms. His work turned garments into ideas that questioned beauty and identity. After his departure in 2009, John Galliano reimagined the house for a new generation.
